A dynamic and highly skilled facilitator and public speaking trainer with over ten years of experience in the field. He is the founder of Chatterbox, a start-up that has made waves across India and Nepal with a stellar presence in over 14 cities. As a certified trainer for Round Table India, Dhiraj has helped over 10,000 professionals and students enhance their communication and public speaking skills.

With his expertise in coaching, Dhiraj has been instrumental in developing the oratory skills of thousands of children. He has conducted numerous workshops and leadership training programs for entrepreneurs in cities like- Siliguri, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Kathmandu, and Guwahati, among others.

Dhiraj is an active member and Past President of Siliguri Toastmasters Club and has served as the Area Director of Toastmasters Club, Area 41. He is a Competent Communicator and a Competent Leader (CC,CL) in Toastmasters International and has completed numerous training workshops, including the Certified Dale Carnegie TTT programmes. He is also serving as the Secretary of Lions Club of Siliguri Greater.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dhiraj holds a BSc. in Economics (Honors) and is proficient in English, Hindi, Nepali, Marwari and Bengali.

Mrs. Vinita Banka is a valuable member of the Chatterbox board of directors, serving as the Director and Advisor. In addition to her leadership role, she has also taken charge of multiple tasks related to facilitation, marketing, and internship programs. As an alumna of the esteemed Modern High School, Mrs. Banka has a deep-rooted commitment to supporting the growth and development of individuals.

Not only is she a certified jeweler, but she is also a marathon runner, exemplifying her dedication and commitment to excellence in all aspects of her life. Mrs. Banka’s passion for imparting knowledge and skills in public speaking is evident in her tireless efforts towards empowering young individuals. Her immense contributions to Chatterbox make her an asset to the organization and a super mother to all those she mentors.

As a mentor/facilitator, Prajwal brings in a gamut of his own first hand experiences in public speaking, storytelling and leadership.

He is at the helm of Chatterbox, building and constantly innovating, one voice at a time.

When he turned 18, he presented himself with a lifetime Toastmasters International membership. He has served under various capacities from club president to area director;

Prajwal has represented his district in multiple contests and bagged accolades. He is the youngest district evaluation champion of District 124, serving parts of North-East India, Bangladesh and Bhutan.

Prajwal has completed his under graduation from Symbiosis, Pune and marketing exchange program from Macquarie University, Sydney. Throughout his school and college life, he has actively participated and organized debating competitions, business fests and Model United Nations conferences from IIMs to MNCs.

He is into his family-run print media and printing business in Siliguri, West Bengal. He spearheads all the marketing activities and new-age media initiatives.

Prajwal loves to pair his early mornings with a small pot of freshly brewed Darjeeling tea, with a book on the side. He is a seeker for travel opportunities and aspires to explore every cuisine in the world.
